Little bit disgusted with our Spring Break weather

I don't know why it has to rain AND snow on our spring break. It has really ruined a lot of my plans. I am working on a project and needed a new photo. So we went out anyway. By the time we were done, the baby was screaming her eyes out and it was SNOWING...again! In fact in some of these I had to clone out snowflakes.

Screaming Spring

I am glad this family asked me to take their portraits. It was a beautiful day and it is always fun to watch families interact. I thought this one was really fun even though it is more of an out take. They are beautiful and doesn't this just scream spring! Thanks "B" family!

I love taking pictures...

...even when it is really cold outside. This is a photographer friend. She did a great job taking some family photos of us a few months ago and now it was my turn to shoot some of her family. Aren't they cute?!!

Trying to beat the light

This is another session where I was racing against time & light. Thank goodness almost every time I took a picture they were all looking and smiling! This is a dear friend of mine from childhood. Among other things, we used to meet on our bikes "down the road" and play. Oh, what good memories....

My brother's family

I also got to take a few pictures of my brother's family. Aren't they beautiful. It is tricky to get all four kids looking at the camera at once, but I think we did it!





And this one is fun...the horse was very intersted in what was going on.

Being born of goodly parents...

We had a great Thanksgiving and I got to take some shots of my parents. I am so grateful for them and all that they have taught me...They also make some pretty great grandparents too! :)

These guys were great sports. It started to rain just as we went out. It was a race against light and the rain clouds. We had to hurry but I think we were still successful. Thanks! It was fun!

A new baby sister

These girls were waiting for their newest baby sister to come home from the hospital. I was there to capture a few of those first moments. Aren't these two beautiful?

Fall Family Portraits
